  • When purchasing General Admission tickets on brownpapertickets.com (< click here), you can have the tickets mailed to you (select “Physical” option), print yourself at home (select “Print-At-Home” option) or pick up at the CJFF Will Call Desk at each screening venue (select “Will-Call” option) prior to the start of each movie.
  • General Admission tickets may also be available at the CJFF Will Call Desk at each screening venue prior to the start of each movie. Please check availability on brownpapertickets.com (< click here) to make sure that tickets are still on sale before heading to the venue.
  • If you need assistance purchasing tickets online at brownpapertickets.com (< click here), a librarian is available to help you in the Levine Sklut Judaic Library (located in the LJCC at Shalom Park). They will be able to print your tickets for you at the Library.
  • General Admission tickets for the Charlotte Jewish Film Festival are non-refundable. In the event a screening is cancelled due to inclement weather, an alternate screening date will be offered.

  • Esther, the Girl who Became Queen: Tickets must be reserved for both parents and children at either the LJCC Customer Service Desk (704) 366-5007 or on brownpapertickets.com (< click here), where you can print yourself at home (select “Print-At-Home” option) or pick up (select “Will-Call” option) at the CJFF Will Call Desk / Gorelick Hall prior to the start of the Purim Palooza program.
